Ensure accurate tax depreciation calculation and support for federal, state, and international tax fixed assets
Reconcile tax fixed asset subledger to the GAAP accounting ledger
Work closely with GAAP fixed asset team to ensure alignment on acquisitions, transfers, sales, and impairments
Oversee cost segregation studies and apply results to tax depreciation calculation
Prepare and incorporate partnership short period depreciation calculations, split basis calculations, and start-up costs
Set up and maintain international fixed asset ledger to support GILTI calculation
Manage Personal Property Tax compliance, outsourced to third party
Automate the state apportionment process
Ensure accurate location mapping to ensure proper jurisdictional reporting
Identify/implement opportunities to improve and/or streamline processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure accurate amortization calculation for federal, state, and international tax intangible assets
Assist with Tax Innovation projects across all tax lanes, including membership in the Tax Innovation Team
Preparation of state and local income tax returns
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
BA in Accounting and/or 4+ years related experience and/or training
Project management skills
Ability to manage large data sets
Strong analytical and reporting skills, and highly capable oral and written communicator

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular advanced Excel
Alteryx experience preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $118,000.00/year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
