Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Foundry Worker to join their team. As a Foundry Worker, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the foundry operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Foundry Worker

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: $15.50

Shift: Must be open to all shifts.

What's the Job?

• Perform heavy lifting and assist in foundry work activities
• Operate in a hot and dirty environment, adhering to safety protocols
• Support the casting and molding processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient production

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work all shifts as required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
