Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction designed to meet the academic and behavioral needs of students with moderate cognitive impairments
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement IEPs
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development
- Participate in professional development to stay current on best practices in special education
