Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid MA SLP license and current MA DESE teaching certificate
- Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience with K-12 populations preferred, but open to recent graduates eager to learn
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, including assessment, treatment planning, and targeted interventions
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Engage in regular communication with parents, teachers, and administrators to support students’ success
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training opportunities as needed
