Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid MA SLP license and current MA DESE teaching certificate
• Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience with K-12 populations preferred, but open to recent graduates eager to learn
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, including assessment, treatment planning, and targeted interventions
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Engage in regular communication with parents, teachers, and administrators to support students’ success
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training opportunities as needed
