Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Deconstruction & Breakdown: Safely dismantle warehouse furniture, equipment, tubes, and other non-structural items.
● Site Clean-up: Clear out debris and organize materials as things are broken down to maintain a safe work environment.
● Tool Operation: Utilize hand tools and manual equipment—including sledgehammers—to break down larger items. (Note: No demolition of actual building walls is required).
● Team Collaboration: Take direction daily from the onsite management team and work efficiently to meet the August 3rd project deadline.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Screening: Must successfully pass a standard background check and drug test prior to starting.
● Language: Multilingual candidates are welcome! English fluency is not required; Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
● Physical Demands: Ability to perform continuous physical labor for 8 hours a day, including lifting, bending, and using heavy tools.
Work Environment & Perks
● Locations: Work is split between two main on-site locations: the manufacturing space and the primary warehouse (where the bulk of the work is needed).
