School-Based Physical Therapist - Issaquah, Washington

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist eager to provide support to students during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. Deliver personalized therapy services to a small group of students in a collaborative and energetic school environment located near Issaquah, WA. Your expertise will help students maximize independence and stay engaged in their learning goals throughout the summer.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Washington State ESA certification required
• Prior experience providing PT services in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Quick adaptation to school-based settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site PT services to a caseload of 10–15 ESY students
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student goals
• Document assessments, therapy sessions, and progress in line with school and state requirements
• Adjust therapeutic activities as needed for individual student needs
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all therapy-related tasks

Role Details:

• Contract dates: July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026
• Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day
• On-site only (no remote work available)
• Engage in a supportive, student-focused environment
