Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist eager to provide support to students during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. Deliver personalized therapy services to a small group of students in a collaborative and energetic school environment located near Issaquah, WA. Your expertise will help students maximize independence and stay engaged in their learning goals throughout the summer.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Washington State ESA certification required
- Prior experience providing PT services in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Quick adaptation to school-based settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site PT services to a caseload of 10–15 ESY students
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student goals
- Document assessments, therapy sessions, and progress in line with school and state requirements
- Adjust therapeutic activities as needed for individual student needs
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all therapy-related tasks
Role Details:
- Contract dates: July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026
- Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day
- On-site only (no remote work available)
- Engage in a supportive, student-focused environment
