Assembly Technician — $17–$20/hr

Location: Williamsport, PA

Schedule: First Shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) + Overtime Opportunities

Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

We are hiring an Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team that builds industrial‑sized ovens. This is a hands‑on position working with metal components, insulation materials, and power tools on a fast‑paced production line. If you enjoy building, problem‑solving, and working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, expanding facility.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble oven components according to specifications and quality standards
• Work with metal parts, including aluminum, to build custom orders
• Install insulation and ensure proper fit and alignment
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Take accurate measurements using tape measures and other tools
• Follow blueprints or drawings when provided
• Perform basic computer navigation for production tasks
• Collaborate with a team of ~30 people in a high‑volume environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Experience in assembly work or industrial/manufacturing environments
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to take accurate measurements
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting
• Comfortable working with metal components
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr.
