Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) teaching certificate
- SLP-CCC or eligible SLP-CFY credentials
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred, but dedicated new graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to individuals and groups across grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and document progress
- Offer guidance, strategies, and support to classroom staff and parents
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
