Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- MA DESE teaching certificate required
- Previous school-based experience preferred; new graduates completing CFY are encouraged
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language support strategies
