Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license
  • MA DESE teaching certificate required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred; new graduates completing CFY are encouraged
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language support strategies
