Complex Litigation Attorney | Trial Firm

Top trial firm in Washington seeking a lateral attorney to join their practice representing plaintiffs in high stakes, high profile matters, including catastrophic injuries/wrongful death, civil rights, medical malpractice, abuse/negligence, etc. This is a rare opening at this 20-attorney firm, as they have very low turnover due to the important and complex work, firm culture, and top compensation. You'll work closely with seasoned and well-respected litigators on complex matters with mentorship, opportunity for continued growth and lucrative compensation.

In this role, you will:

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other key litigation documents.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Contribute to case strategy and development alongside senior attorneys.
• Drive cases forward through discovery, negotiation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with an established trial team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 with substantial, discretionary bonuses as cases close.
