Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license
  • Massachusetts DESE teaching certificate
  • Qualifications in SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent school-based SLP experience
  • Ability to manage caseloads across K-12 grade levels
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students of varying needs in a K-12 setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records and progress notes
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions and monitor student growth
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of an inclusive learning environment
  • Support compliance with state and district policies and standards
