Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active certification or license as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree (Ed.S., MA, MS) in School Psychology or related field
- Previous experience within a school setting preferred
- Proficiency in psychological assessment, data interpretation, and intervention planning
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
- Knowledge of Special Education processes and IEP implementation
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
- Interpret data and provide recommendations for supports and instructional strategies
- Take part in Student Support Teams, Response-to-Intervention, and other multidisciplinary meetings
- Develop intervention plans and monitor progress for at-risk students
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote student well-being
- Deliver counseling services individually and in small groups as needed
- Assist with crisis response, behavioral interventions, and prevention programs
