💧 About the Role

Jump into a fast-paced, high-demand role supporting active oil & gas frac sites. As a Water Operator, you’ll be a key part of the operation—keeping water systems running safely and efficiently while gaining valuable field experience. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who want serious hours, strong paychecks, and long-term growth in the energy industry. 📍 Based out of Athens yard with travel to sites across Cranberry, Zelienople, Dubois, and into West Virginia

🔥 What You’ll Do

·       Monitor water systems, tanks, pumps, and equipment onactive sites

·       Set up and break down hoses, pumps, and jobsite equipment

·       Keep frac operations running smoothly and safely

·       Operate and maintain pumps, generators, and tools

·       Load/unload and organize materials on-site

·       Support team operations and communicate with supervisors

·       Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

💪 What It Takes

·       6+ months of experience in oil & gas, construction, general labor, landscaping, or similar

·       Ability to work long hours (60–90 hrs/week) — BIG pay potential 💰

·       Comfortable with 12–14 hour shifts, including nights & weekends

·       Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors

·       Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

·       Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

✅ Bonus Points If You Have

·       Equipment operation experience

·       Oilfield or construction experience

·       Willingness to learn and grow in the field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
