Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

- Familiarity with various instructional strategies and differentiated teaching methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
- Organized, proactive, and creative in finding solutions to support each student
Responsibilities:
- Assess student abilities to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to academic and functional needs
- Provide direct instruction, intervention, and support for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Monitor progress, adjust teaching methods, and document student growth
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development activities
