Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position spans the entire 2026-2027 academic year, beginning August 18, 2026, and concluding June 2, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with high school and/or young adult students
- Solid background in providing speech-language therapy to individuals with complex needs
- Skilled in implementing and supporting the use of assistive technology for communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills to work the structured hours of 7:30am – 3pm, Monday through Friday
- Adaptable, compassionate, and collaborative, with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to high school and transition-aged students, focusing on those with complex communication challenges
- Evaluate, recommend, and facilitate the use of assistive technology for students needing alternative communication solutions
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and other related service providers
- Provide training and support for staff and families on the use of communication devices and assistive technology
- Take meticulous documentation of progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
