Job Description
Looking to get into construction or outdoor work? We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused Flaggers to support active roadwork projects.
This is a great opportunity to earn steady income, gain experience, and work consistent hours — no prior flagging experience required.
🚦 What You’ll Be Doing- Direct traffic safely using stop/slow signs, hand signals, and radios
- Set up and take down cones, signs, and barricades
- Monitor traffic flow and job site safety conditions
- Communicate with crew members and the public to ensure smooth operations
- Stay alert and maintain a safe work zone at all times
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions 🌤️🌧️
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
- Traffic Control Certification (we’ll help you get it!)
- Previous construction or flagging experience
- $19/hour + WEEKLY PAY
- 40–50 hours per week (steady income!)
- FREE flagger certification training 🎓
- PPE provided (just bring steel-toe boots)
