Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license
• MA DESE teaching certificate
• Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in providing services in a school setting for K-12 students
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver therapy to students with a wide range of communication disorders, adapting methods and materials as needed
• Maintain accurate records, IEP documentation, and progress reports in accordance with district policies
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to best practices within the school community
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed
