Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role as a contract Occupational Therapist supporting students aged 3 to 22 across a diverse district. In this position, you’ll work in-person throughout the area, enhancing students’ educational experiences and promoting their independence. The contract runs from August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with four orientation days before school begins to ensure a smooth transition into your new environment.

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 7.5 paid hours per day and a 30-minute lunch break. As an itinerant OT, you’ll deliver services across multiple sites, collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington state Occupational Therapist Certificate
  • Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • At least one year of school-based occupational therapy experience
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S; currently residing in the country
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing students’ needs and developing tailored intervention plans
  • Providing therapy to students aged 3–22, supporting motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in school routines
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress and access to learning
  • Documenting services and maintaining accurate records per district and legal guidelines
  • Traveling between multiple campus locations as part of the itinerant district-wide team
