Company Description
Diversified Sourcing Solution seeking a detail-oriented QC Order Picker to join our warehouse operations team. This role combines accurate order selection with quality-control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards. You will be responsible for picking, inspecting, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking — Select and pack customer orders according to pick lists or RF scanner instructions with high accuracy.
- Quality Inspection — Inspect items for damage, defects, or incorrect labeling before packing.
- Inventory Verification — Report discrepancies, assist with stock counts, and ensure inventory records remain accurate.
- Equipment Operation — Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Work Area Maintenance — Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Team Collaboration — Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer or RF scanner skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
