Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I live with my 30yo son who works a lot, I am disabled somewhat and our place is in desperate need of organization. I am having knee replacement surgery later this month and must get my home ready. This place needs organized, it's cluttered and small. I need some help for real before my parents pay a visit after surgery!
