\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a busy Emergency Room with a trauma setting. \n
- Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions and administer treatments. \n
- Collaborate with care team members to implement individualized patient care plans. \n
- Document and report patient conditions and care in an accurate and timely manner. \n
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating ED-specific equipment and manage patient documentation using Cerner. \n
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, including but not limited to AIDET principles and patient experience standards. \n

- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. \n
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level II trauma center or high-volume Emergency Department. \n
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS before starting. \n
- Ability to work every other weekend and adapt to various sections within the ED. \n
- Excellent teamwork skills and a patient-centered approach. \n
- Navy scrubs required as part of the dress code. \n
