Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide direct patient care in a busy Emergency Room with a trauma setting.
  • \n
  • Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions and administer treatments.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with care team members to implement individualized patient care plans.
  • \n
  • Document and report patient conditions and care in an accurate and timely manner.
  • \n
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating ED-specific equipment and manage patient documentation using Cerner.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, including but not limited to AIDET principles and patient experience standards.
  • \n
\n\nQualifications\n
    \n
  • Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level II trauma center or high-volume Emergency Department.
  • \n
  • Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS before starting.
  • \n
  • Ability to work every other weekend and adapt to various sections within the ED.
  • \n
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a patient-centered approach.
  • \n
  • Navy scrubs required as part of the dress code.
