Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Meet expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies.

• Conduct initial assessment and establish priorities based on patient needs.
\n
• Perform systematic re-assessments to identify intervention needs.
\n
• Develop and implement measurable individualized care plans.
\n
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
\n
• Implement and document timely interventions as per patient needs.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
\n
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
\n
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
\n
• Clear communication skills appropriate to patient developmental age.
\n
• Experience with relevant patient population.
\n
• New hires with less than two years of experience start at CN I status.
\n
