Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of recent CT experience and trauma experience for an evening shift contract position in Coral Springs, FL.

Details\n

\n
• Inpatient and/or outpatient CT setting
\n
• Procedures include abdomen/pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTA, and CCTAs (preferred)
\n
• Additional procedures include multiplanar reconstruction (preferred), aspirations/biopsies (preferred), and drainage (preferred)
\n
• Experience with preparation and administration of contrast media and starting IVs required
\n
• Patient population spans all ages, from neonates to older adults
\n
• Isolation precautions knowledge required
\n
• Uses Siemens CT equipment and PACS
\n
• Epic EMR used
\n
• 5x8 evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience required
\n
• Trauma experience required
\n
• ARRT-CT certification required
\n
• Current BLS certification through AHA required
\n
• Experience with Siemens CT equipment required
\n
• FL RN license or compact license required if applicable
\n
• Successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening required, including fingerprint-based state and federal criminal history checks, abuse registry review, and screening for disqualifying offenses
\n
