Job Details

Float Pool M/S Tele RN position requiring willingness to float to 8 different units.
Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips.
2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred.
Must be able to perform telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours.
Care for ED border patients, medication nurse in acute mental health unit, and non-vented ICU transfer-ready patients.
Uses EPIC for charting.

Job Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License required.
2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location required.
2 years working as a Traveler required.
Telemetry monitoring skills including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours.
Experience with TR Band.
Ability to perform cardiac drips and read telemetry strips.

Unit Specific Information

Float Pool RN position requiring floating between 8 different units including Davenport 5, 7, 8, 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, and Overflow.
Clinician to patient ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1, Nights up to 6:1.
