Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Assist in performing surgical procedures in the cardiovascular operating room.
\n
• Ensure the CVOR is adequately prepared and organized for procedures.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist the surgical team as needed.
\n
• Participate in the rotation to work every other weekend and holidays with hospital staff.
\n
• Maintain scrub color standard: Ciel Blue for Surgical Staff.
\n
• Adhere to facility policy and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Commitment to safety, quality care, and patient advocacy.
