Patterns Hiring - Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg / Telemetry for a nursing job in Show Low, Arizona.

Job Title: RN - Med Surg
Shift Timing: Days / Nights
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
- Must have experience in a Medical-Surgical acute care setting.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
Additional Requirement:
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for Day Shift positions.
