Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist (Contractor) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, takes pride in their craft, and is looking to build or grow their client base in a supportive studio setting.

Compensation

• 50/50 split on studio-provided clients
• 60% commission on clients you personally bring

We provide the space, supplies, utilities, and marketing support to help you grow.

Services Offered

• 60 & 90 minute custom massage
• Deep tissue massage
• Relaxation massage
• Lymphatic drainage (or willingness to learn preferred)

We are also open to incorporating advanced or niche modalities based on your experience and specialties.

• Linens, oils, and supplies
• Booking system + client flow (growing)
• Marketing and brand presence

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Massage Therapist (CAMTC certified required based on services)
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Strong technique with ability to customize sessions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in building long-term client relationships

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling
• Part-time or full-time availability welcome
• Open to weekend availability (preferred)
