Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Ann Arbor is currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service and care. Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through professionalism, care, and attentiveness
• Promote memberships and encourage client referrals to support business growth
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and common areas

Requirements

• Active and valid Michigan Massage Therapy License in good standing
• Current liability insurance coverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Swedish Massage required; additional modalities such as Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, and Deep Tissue are preferred (training provided)
• Commitment to upholding the healing and restorative values of massage therapy
