Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is partnering with a globally recognized technology and life sciences law firm seeking Litigation Associates for its dynamic and fast-growing practice. This team represents some of the world’s most innovative companies—from emerging startups to Fortune 50 leaders—on their most critical, high-stakes disputes.

With more than 150 litigators collaborating across offices, the firm’s litigation group is known for its sophistication, strategic approach, and ability to handle complex matters across industries. The practice spans:

• Copyright & trademark litigation

• Trade secret disputes

• Consumer class actions

• Complex commercial litigation

Associates benefit from early responsibility, substantive courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with top-tier trial teams on matters that often shape legal precedent in the tech and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Copyright, trademark, or other IP litigation

• Trade secret litigation

• Consumer class actions

• Complex commercial disputes

Candidates must also have:

• Superior academic credentials

• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills

• Bar admission in the office’s jurisdiction (or eligibility to sit/waive in)

This role is ideal for attorneys who thrive in high-energy environments and want to litigate cutting-edge issues on behalf of market-defining clients.

• Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000

• Discretionary performance-based bonus
