Full-Time | $110,000-$115,000 per year

Agawam West Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote quality resident care throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required

• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
