Massage Therapist | Revival Spa (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional, therapeutic and rejuvenating massage therapies to our clients.

A successful Massage Therapist must have a thorough knowledge of various massage modalities, possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain treatments.

• Perform professional quality massage therapy sessions
• Design specific sessions based on client’s individual needs
• Ensure the comfort of clients during massages
• Maintain a clean, relaxing, and comfortable environment
• Educate clients about the benefits of massages as part of their overall wellness program
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided to clients
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Educate clients on self-care practices to enhance treatment benefits
• Stay updated on massage therapy techniques, certifications, and industry standards
• Align services with client satisfaction and wellness goals
• Communicate treatment details and client feedback to supervisors

• Proven work experience as a Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of various massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, etc
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to assess client needs and preferences to provide appropriate treatments
• Understanding of health and wellness benefits of massage therapy uses touch and specialized techniques to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve circulation in clients.
• They assess individual needs and tailor treatments to promote relaxation and physical well-being.
• Certification from an accredited school of massage
• Valid state license AND/OR certification in massage therapy to practice massage therapy
• Familiarity with spa or healthcare industry standards

Pay rate$16 + commission structure
