Job Description
✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $50–$63 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $92 for 80–100 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on massage
Signature/Relaxation Massage | 60 min | $50-$54 (incl. gratuity)
Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone | 60 min | $59-$63 (incl. gratuity)
Extended Modalities | 80-100 min | $63-$92 (incl. gratuity)
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales, & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits
Full-time or part-time
Weekend/evening availability preferred
10-minute turnover between treatments
Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
