Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the PCU Float Pool on night shifts. This position requires flexibility to float across any Stepdown/PCU unit based on staffing needs and may also include assignments at other campuses such as Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd. Candidates must be comfortable working in units of equivalent or lower acuity.
Patient Ratio: 1:3–4
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years preferred (1 year strong Stepdown/PCU experience may be considered)
EMR: Epic experience required
Required Skills:
- IV start competency
- Telemetry monitoring
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Active RN License
