🩺 Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
📍 Woodward 73801
⏳ 12 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 05/26/2026
Shift: Day – 5x8 (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• No block scheduling
• Floating required (including sister facilities)
🏥 Unit Details:
• Operating Room
• Acute care surgical setting
📋 Requirements:
• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications ( required )
• Minimum 2 years OR experience ( required)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must pass EKG/Dysrhythmia competency during compliance
Charting: Epic
⭐ Preferred:
• NRP Certification
• Strong cardiac monitoring knowledge
🩺 Responsibilities:
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Assist surgeons during procedures and maintain sterile field
• Monitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures
• Apply cardiac monitoring and interpret basic dysrhythmias
• Prepare operating room, instruments, and equipment
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols
• Collaborate with surgical team and anesthesia providers
• Maintain accurate documentation
