Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers patient care, assesses and evaluates patients' needs and applies critical thinking.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team in development, implementation and evaluation of care.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with patients.
- Prioritizes all aspects of patient care.
- Escalates potential safety hazards or gaps.
- Utilizes institutional information technology by documenting nursing practice to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two (2) Years of Urology Experience.
- One (1) year of traveler experience.
- Must have urology exp
- Must have outpatient exp
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Epic Experience.
Required Education:
- BSN.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- NYS RN License.
- BLS.
