Job Title: Registered Nurse – Pediatrics / NICU
Location: Largo, MD
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 3x12 (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Pediatric RN with NICU experience for a 13-week assignment at University of Maryland Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. The RN will care for neonatal and pediatric patients with complex medical needs including prematurity, feeding issues, chronic lung disease, NAS, and respiratory support.
Requirements:
• Active MD RN License
• BLS required
• Minimum 2 years of Peds/NICU experience
• NICU experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Trach and feeding experience preferred
Unit Details:
• 13-bed Pediatric/NICU unit
• Ratios: 1:4
• Every other weekend required
• Floating within specialty required
• No on-call
Facility Highlights:
• Pediatric specialty setting
• Epic preferred
• COVID vaccine not required
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
