Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- Must have:
- Robotic surgery experience
- Orthopedic and/or Neuro experience
Certifications
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- PALS preferred
Licensure
- Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License required at time of submission
Additional Requirements
- Degree accreditation must be listed on profile
- OR candidate must have 5 years of experience if accreditation is not listed
- Epic EMR experience required
Strong experience preferred in:
- Orthopedics
- Oncology
- Bariatrics
- Vascular
- Neuro
- Trauma
- Robotics
- Call required:
- 1 shift per week after scheduled shift
- Typically 2–4 hours
- 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
- 12-hour shifts
- 1 shift per week after scheduled shift
- Floating required
- Travelers are first to float
- May float to:
- Other units
- Sister campuses as needed
- Local radius rule:
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- EMR System: Epic
- Scrubs: Provided by hospital
- Unit Culture:
- Travelers are expected to work collaboratively and function as core staff members within the team environment
