Job Description & Requirements

• Active PA/Multistate license required.
• 2 years of OR experience required.
• Required certifications: BLS,ACLS from AHA
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
• Shift & Contract: 12hr Varired Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: Yes, one or two times per week; 8 hour call increments.
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: Johnstown, PA 15905
