Position Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility and personal care
• Monitor and document vital signs and client condition
• Provide support for clients with dementia or special needs
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Encourage engagement and companionship through meaningful activities

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support
• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
