$20 hourly

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas
• Control access at gates, front desks, or building entrances
• Check in visitors, vendors, and contractors
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports
• Enforce property rules and post orders
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Communicate with supervisors, dispatch, and property management when needed

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and post orders
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if needed
• Previous security experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Nation Security provides professional security services across South Florida, including armed and unarmed security officers, mobile patrol, fire watch, event security, construction site security, HOA and condominium security, parking lot security, canine units, executive protection, alarm response, and 24/7 emergency coverage.
