$20 hourly

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas
• Control access at gates, front desks, or building entrances
• Check in visitors, vendors, and contractors
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports
• Enforce property rules and post orders
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Communicate with supervisors, dispatch, and property management when needed

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and post orders
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if needed
• Previous security experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
