JUNIOR & MID-LEVEL PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (R2368)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate to join our patent practice. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, or Santa Monica.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on patent matters and case law
• Draft patent-related pleadings and motions
• Assist with patent litigation strategy and case management
• Prepare technical documents and expert reports
• Conduct discovery on patent-related issues
• Assist at patent hearings and trials
• Manage patent litigation case files
• Coordinate with technical experts and clients

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in applicable state(s)
• Background in patent law or intellectual property preferred
• Technical degree or strong technical aptitude helpful
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with technical concepts and experts

Compensation

• Salary: $235,000 – $390,000/year plus performance bonus
