We are expanding and searching for a Community Engagement Manager who can interview, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing team.

This position plays a critical role in driving company growth by ensuring consistent lead generation and team productivity throughout assigned neighborhoods.

• Interview and hire canvassing representatives
• Train new hires and develop existing team members
• Manage daily canvassing operations
• Assign territories and oversee route execution
• Track performance metrics and implement improvement plans
• Lead by example through hands-on coaching

• Previous canvassing management experience required
• Home improvement industry background preferred
• Experience scaling and managing field teams
• Strong leadership and accountability skills

• $100,000 - $175,000 annually
• Salary plus performance commissions
