What You Do
- Pairs up fillers to covers and then matches up with the correct frame.
- Ensures production floor is stocked with cushions for orders.
- Fills pillows and cushions with materials according to order details using filling machine or metal rod.
- Estimates amount of filler blown into cover by either timing blower or weighing pillows or cushions.
- May stuff covers by hand.
- Receives supplier deliveries.
How Your Success is Measured
- Ensure product quality for cushion and cover filling.
- Fill pillows and cushions according to production schedules.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior production or warehouse work preferred.
- Active listening and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
