ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are hiring a Primary Care Physician ready to step into a leadership role as an Associate Medical Director. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership impact in a mission-driven, community health setting.
This is a dual-role position combining hands-on patient care with provider leadership responsibilities. If you're looking for more autonomy, influence, and purpose in your career, this role could be for you.
CLINICAL REPSONSIBILITES:
- Provide comprehensive primary care (exam, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up)
- Interpret lab results and diagnostic testing
- Provide patient education and ongoing care management
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Participate in after-hours call rotation and hospital coordination
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of providers
- Assist with provider scheduling and coverage
- Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
- Participate in performance reviews and provider development
- Partner with executive leadership (CMO, CEO) on clinical operations
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary Range: up to $290,000 W2 (based on experience and specialty)
- Salary Range: up to $340,000 1099 (based on experience and specialty)
- Leadership Stipend: Additional compensation for Associate Medical Director responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MD or DO required
- Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA and BNDD required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in a primary care specialty
- Residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or related field preferred
- Interest or experience in community health strongly preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong Communicator and Collaborator
