ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member with Evan Dieterich Insurance Agency, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Look for opportunities to add new insurance lines to properly protect our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a P&C Insurance license, Life & Health license can be added after start date.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
