As a customer service representative, with State Farm Insurance, office of Brian Clark's office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bi-Lingual Spanish a Plus
Have a current California P&C insurance license or Life License or will to obtain prior to starting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
