Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hotel and resort buildings, guest areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with access control practices, and provide directions and general assistance to support daily operations at the location.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures as directed, communicate with guests and staff during unusual events, and complete required activity logs and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
