We are seeking an ambitious law firm manager who feels they have hit a ceiling in their current role and is ready to unlock their full potential. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who masters law firm operations, loves building efficient systems, and wants to drive growth in a dynamic professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth, efficient law firm workflows.
- Team Leadership & HR: Manage, support, and hold administrative personnel accountable; assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current internal systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable policies, procedures, and workflow automations.
- Financial & Vendor Oversight: Monitor billing processes and financial administrative tasks; coordinate with outside vendors and consultants.
- Client Service Excellence: Ensure the firm maintains its signature high level of client service as operations scale.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in law firm operations, administration, HR, or practice management (required).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and supervising staff within a legal environment.
- Operational Savvy: Strong grasp of legal workflows, billing, scheduling, and client service management.
- Tech Forward: Experience with legal technology, case management software, CRM platforms, or automation tools is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and external partners.
Experience in trusts & estates, elder law, or transactional practices is a plus, but not required.
