Job Description

QuickPro Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Shop Technicians for a growing warehouse and repair facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with carpentry, repair, manufacturing, upholstery, or fabrication experience looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential.

Job Responsibilities

Repair furniture products to restore them to like-new condition
Read and follow work orders and verbal/written instructions
Diagnose surface, structural, fabric, or mechanical damage
Perform sanding, painting, carpentry, and basic structural repairs
Reupholster chairs, sofas, headboards, and other furniture pieces
Safely operate tools and equipment including saws, drills, spray booths, air hoses, and hand tools
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with facility upkeep and general warehouse duties as needed
Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
3–5 years of experience in carpentry, repair shop, upholstery, fabrication, or manufacturing environments preferred
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic
Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
