A growing healthcare organization that has recently doubled in size through an acquisition is building out their internal infrastructure and is adding to the administrative team.

As a gatekeeper and trusted partner, you'll support the CEO with travel and accommodation arrangements, calendaring, preparing executive summaries and presentation materials, composing correspondence, meeting set up and minutes, and more.

In this high visibility role with direct access to leadership, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the organization with the potential to develop into Chief of Staff, supporting leadership in the day-to-day operations as the company continues to expand.

Note this role will operate 5 days a week in office (8:30am-6:00pm).

Desired Experience:

  • 6+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • The ability to operate with high level of discretion and integrity
  • Service oriented, and motivated to add value and build long-term relationships
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
